Demand Your Respect: Dignity, Not Disdain Campaign Website Launched by ESEA and Teamsters Local 14.

On September 28, 2021, the Education Support Employees Association and Teamsters Local 14 launched a new campaign website – DemandYourRespect.org. This website will serve as the hub for all ESPs regarding their contract negotiations as well as actions to take.

Now is the time to stand with colleagues and demand a respectful contract that reflects the essential work performed by education support professionals (ESP) in the Clark County School District. It’s time for dignity, not disdain.

At the launch, we are asking our brothers and sisters to sign our pledge. While the District has millions of dollars of new money, ESP’s continue to do more with less. Call on the CCSD to start negotiating in good faith and stop outsourcing our jobs! Add your important voice by clicking here.

In 2019, the Education Support Employees Association and Teamsters Local 14 entered into an agreement to represent Education Support Professionals (ESPs) in the Clark County School District. The combined union power is helping to raise the standards for working families in Nevada.
