- No outsourcing of jobs for three years.
- No Salary reductions.
- New health care coverage for domestic partners, while all employees maintain a rich insurance plan.
- Salary schedule steps and longevity steps funded for two years.
- Document removal reduced from three years to two years.
- Pay reimbursed for unfounded suspensions of up to 15 days and additional days may be appealed.
- Early resolution of cases prior to arbitration and canceling party must pay costs of arbitration.
- Continuation of the Summer Pay
