Full-Day Kindergarten Bill
Passes Out to
Committee
AB 157 - the full-day Kindergarten bill - passed
out of the Assembly Education Committee Monday and is now headed to the
Assembly Ways & Means Committee to see if the state can pay for the
program. The NSEA Lobby Team urges all members to contact the
members of the Assembly
Ways & Means Committee and urge them to fund full-day
Kindergarten.

Urge Lawmakers to Pass AB 280
Please contact

Ways & Means Committee and urge them to fund AB 280 - this bill would
provide $30 million for incentives to be bargained at the local
